HTG Team's Annual Executive Training Camp To Cultivate Talents

The management teams from Taichung base / Fang Yuan Factory / Xianxi Factory of Huei Tyng Group attended the annual training course at the Nan Shan training center on 25th November 2022. The training course focused on teaching attendees how to build a high-performance team. Everyone has learned a lot during the 6 hours training.

The content of the course includes improving leadership skills, cross-functional cooperation, resource integration and utilization, etc. The course implements experience activities and group discussions, focusing on the interaction between people. Each team from different departments worked closely, sharing their working experience to each other. This helped build up the trust and intimacy among colleagues and fully demonstrated the importance of teamwork. Also, strengthening organizational linkages, implementing sustainable management and intensive talent cultivation, and deepen the core value and competitiveness of corporate culture.
