Industry-Academia Cooperation With Da-Yeh University

WE had been working with Da-Yeh University as Industry-academie cooperation in the 2nd year, which is supported by economic department of Taiwan government. This time we focus on smart manufacturing and lean human resource developing. We provide students an opportunity to experience working in the industry and project execution. WE hold an debut conference in the end of semester which was leaded by our CEO and sales team/ product team to see the program result and provide advice.

WE conducted this project by PBL (Problem - Based Learning) to train the students, include 75 hours smart mechanic core program. Our team was involved in this program with the professor from the academic side to come out 8 products in the end.

HUEI TYNG will keep having this kind of program, combing industrial technique and exercising program to educate the student to think creatively, with working experience. By doing this to shorten the gap between industry and academic, strengthen the connecting with the working environment.

WE will apply sourcing, educating, keeping HR management, keep educating and helping students to step in the industry after school, create a Win-win situation in both industry and acedemics.
