Deepening Leadership and Activating Talent Sustainability – Huei Tyng Hosts “Leadership and Talent Development” Training to Strengthen Core Organizational Competitiveness

To enhance the leadership impact and talent development capabilities of mid- to senior-level managers, Huei Tyng organized a two-day “Leadership and Talent Development” training program. Supervisors from the Taichung office and Chang Hua factory gathered together for in-depth learning and cross-departmental exchanges. The aim was to collectively elevate their management literacy and practical abilities, laying a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable growth.

The training program was structured progressively, covering a diverse range of topics including conflict management, interpersonal communication, emotional awareness, and coaching skills. It was designed to help managers reassess their roles and influence within the organization from various perspectives. Through a dual process of self-reflection and outward guidance, the course aimed to strengthen the key competencies required to lead high-performing teams.
