The basic order quantity is 300 units. Failure to meet the MOQ may affect pricing, delivery time, and other aspects. However, we can assist in adjusting competitive products according to specific requirements to facilitate the completion of the best ordering solution.

The standard payment method is to pay a 30% deposit by irrevocable L/C or T/T upon order confirmation, and settle the remaining 70% balance before shipment.

The typical packaging method is to place one product in a brown box, which can be customized with printed logos or affixed with standard-sized color labels. If there are any other specific packaging requirements, we can provide recommendations and suggest the best solution based on our experience.

Typically, the lead time for initial orders is 60-75 days, and for repeat orders, it is 40-45 days. However, leveraging Huei Tyng's competitive advantage in consistent and automated production, we are capable of accommodating special requests for shorter delivery times.

We offer paid samples with a standard lead time of 14 days. Additionally, you are welcome to visit our 600-square-meter showroom.

When there is a need to cancel an order, please first submit a request to the responsible marketing personnel. If the order has already entered the production or shipping stage, it will not be possible to cancel the order, or cancellation fees may apply. Evaluation will be conducted in accordance with company policies and contracts.
