The Annual Model Worker Selection Commends Employees For Their Outstanding Performance

"International Workers' Day" is an important holiday for workers. "The Commendation Ceremony of Model Worker" is also an annual event of HTG.

We hold a public recognition ceremony on the eve of Labor Day each year to recognize the outstanding performance of employees in various fields. Through various internal reward programs to encourage employees to be proactive and perform their duties, setting a good example for the industry.

Huei Tyng's "The Annual Model Worker Competition" was selected by 20 units including Taichung Head Office, Chang-Bin Factory, and Fang-Yuan Factory. 24 outstanding colleagues were nominated and one labor from each factory was selected in the end. The three model workers were to accept everyone's recognition and appreciation through "The Commendation Ceremony of Model Worker", also the chairman of the group, Ritter Tsai, personally presented the commemorative medal, which is an example for all employees of Huei Tyng.
