We are honored to welcome National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association ’s visit. National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association in Taichung is an organization that connects exemplary enterprises from each generation. This visit is a great honor to us. It not only affirms our achievements but also provides a valuable opportunity for entrepreneur from different industries to exchange their point of view and opinions with each other.

HTG has held the training sessions called “Leadership and Departmental Education” for all team leaders, mainly focused on the development of outstanding leadership and find out the potential for team members. The training sessions lasted for two days including the staff from headquarter, Xianxi Factory and Fang Yuan Factory.

In order to appreciate the hard work of employees over the past year, HTG organized a three-day employee outing. The event was carefully planned by the welfare committee, and colleagues enthusiastically participated. The group's chairman and vice chairman also attended, and the group traveled to Taitung to experience the rich local customs, history, and culture.

Labor Day is approaching, and "Annual Model Worker Selection" is an important tradition of HTG. A commendation ceremony is held on the eve of the festival every year to affirm the hard work of colleagues who have performed outstandingly in the past year.

On 22nd March, 2023, Huei Tyng held a seminar on the supplier’s quality management control. The purpose of holding the seminar is to assist our suppliers building the module of quality management.

HTG held its annual Thanksgiving Dinner in Hemei Town, Changhua on 1/14 (Saturday). With the theme of "Original Intention", the entire venue was decorated with a retro Taiwanese flavor. Every colleague carefully dressed up in retro style to become nostalgic. Classics from the 1980s and 1990s, echoing the company's founding year "1989", witnessing the growth and glorious years of Huiting Enterprises.

The 9th "Boliou Buckwheat Charity Road Run" organized by the "Xile Polio Care Association" was held grandly in Erlin, Changhua yesterday (4th). Chairman Tsai led the group's brands "Ikloo", "Sim'n Coz" Nearly a hundred employees of "Reduce Home Sim'n Coz" ran for love, and together with Changhua County Mayor Wang Huimei, Chairman of Xile Polio Care Association Chen Zhongsheng and others, they fired a gun to kick off the road run, hoping to participate through their own actions. Social welfare activities, giving back to hometown, turning love into actions to support friends with disabilities, and also feel the beauty of Erlin.

Huei Tyng and Dayeh University have stepped into the fourth year of jointly implementing the "Smart Manufacturing Technology Talent Cultivation Industry-University Cooperation Program" of the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The joint academic have set up cross-disciplinary courses to cultivate the basic capacity of students' industrial practice. So far, nearly 50 outstanding talents held the "End-of-Term Achievement Presentation Conference" on November 23, 2022. The chairman, Ritter Tsai led colleagues from R&D team to conduct achievement acceptance and independent study competition evaluation, designed and presented total 8 outstanding works.

The management teams from Taichung base / Fang Yuan Factory / Xianxi Factory of Huei Tyng Group attended the annual training course at the Nan Shan training center on 25th November 2022. The training course was focused on how to build the high-performance team. Everyone has learned a lot during the 6 hours training.

The long-awaited Family Day of HTG was held on Sep-3rd. We specially arranged a trip to relax our spirit and body, so we chose the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village where is surrounded by green mountains in the middle of Taiwan, to experience the wonders of nature and enjoy the Phytoncide shower, and could also have fun in the theme park while enjoying the beautiful scenery in the mountains; the best of both worlds!
